He is survived by: his former wife Josephine Saccone; his brother Louis Rutigliano of White Plains; his children, Marie Rutigliano (Jerry) of Mamaroneck, NY and John Anthony Rutigliano (Dee Dee) of Geneseo, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph (Lena Richie), Mary (Isma Castellanos), Anthony, John and Rafael; and his great grandchild Bruno.
