She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Starkey (Morschauser) and Bill Starkey; her former husband Alfred Zukoski; her children, Stephanie (Brad) and Thomas (Lisa); her husband Herb Chase; her sisters, Christine Lorusso and Dorothy Douglas; her stepchildren, Carolann, Dawn, Ursula and Terry; her close friends, Debbie Mielke and Dee Siuta (Starkey); her godsons, John and Daniel; her niece Jennifer; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Emma of Morgan, PD, Jordan, Brooke, Christopher, Wonder and Katie.
Since Cheryl loved going to the park with her eight-year-old grandson, PD, we suggest that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Cheryl's memory to the construction of a new playground at PD's school, The Village School at https://www.villageschoolnova.org.
