She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Ruta and Jenny Ruta; and her brothers, Gabriel and Louis Ruta. She is survived by: her husband Pio Salvati of White Plains; her sons, Lawrence Salvati (Gregg Durham) of Phoenix, AZ, Edmund Salvati (Nannette) of Portland, OR and Damian Salvati (Melonie) of Cranford, NJ; her grandchildren, Edmund Salvati Jr. (Samantha) and Natalya Salvati; and her great grandchildren, Wesley, Elsie and Jett Salvati.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, Inc. (491 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605). A Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (91 Secor Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583).
