He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Bertha Gates Clark; and his brother Cleveland W. Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Clara Mae Washington Fuller, Jennifer Fuller Martinez and Ben; his wife Clara Mae Clark; his daughter Jennifer Martinez of White Plains, NY; his grandsons, Andy Martinez III (Talia) and Tony Martinez (Andraya) of White Plains, NY; his great grandchildren, Jayson and Christian Martinez; his sister-in-law Retha Mae Clark; his niece Constancia Jones (James); and his nephews, Cleveland Clark Jr. of Baltimore, MD and William Clark of St. Stephen, SC. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, extended family.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (188 Orawaupum St, White Plains, NY 10606). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the White Plains Rural Cemetery (167 N Broadway, White Plains, NY 10603).
