He was predeceased by: his parents, Grenville Temple Keogh and Jane Haupt Keogh; his sister Marian; and his brother-in-law Mark Northrop. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Maloy Keogh; his children, Carolyn (Lakshmi Subramanian) and Christopher; his siblings, Mary Breneman, Timothy Keogh (Janet Keogh) and Grenville Keogh (Karen Keogh); and his siblings-in-law, Debra Maloy Walsh (John Walsh), James and William Maloy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (920 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605).

In lieu of flowers, Tony requested that donations be made to The White Plains Hospital Foundation to help support the doctors, nurses, and caregivers in providing others with the exceptional compassion and care that Tony received.
