He is survived by: his wife Gail L. Spafford; his sisters, Vicki and Kristina; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Heim of Wilmington, NC, Barbara Cady (Bob) of Livingston Manor, NY, Cathy Spafford of Liberty, NY and Michael Spafford (Judy) of Liberty, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
