He is survived by: his wife Diane Russo Battista; his sons, James V. Battista and Michael D. Battista (Kellyann) of Texas; his grandchildren, Alexandrea, Samantha and McKenna; his daughter Cheryl A. LoConte (Nick) of Waterville; his granddaughter Dr. Micaela LoConte (Trevor Morehouse); his parents-in-law, Patty R. and Bill Klimacek; and his aunt Rose Sangiacomo.
