He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Stella Watkins (Sweet); and his brother James Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hirayama-Watkins; his son Harley Colton (Ashlynne) of White Creek; his brothers, Patrick Watkins and Edward Watkins of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Kayden, Isabella and Aurora; his nieces, Mia and Pamela; and his nephew Nick.
