She is survived by: her husband William Sprague; and her children, Marc Sprague (Josie Sprague) of Whippleville, Tammy Hyde (Troy Clark) of Malone, Terri Kane (Tom Kane) of Malone and Peter Sprague (Elizabeth Kline) of Whippleville. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Tunnels to Towers.
