He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie; and his sister Darla. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Grace of St. Johnsville, N. Y., Theresa Klein (David) of Westtwon and William James Grace Jr. (Carrie) of Westtwon; and his brother-in-law Earl Jennings of Mahwah, N. J.. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
