He is survived by: his wife Patty Foley Sircable; his children, Heather Hoy (Ryan), Russell Sircable (Jessica), Amber Sircable and Sarah Sircable (Christian); his mother Catherine Mikulski Sircable; his grandchildren, Rhett Sircable, Ethan Hoy and McKenna Sircable; his siblings, Ronald P. Sircable Jr. and Christine Trone (Justin); his mother-in-law Regina Foley; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Foley Smith (Charlie) and Colleen Foley; and his pets, Toby, Puggy and Maddie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
