He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alan Slockbower Sr. and Yvonne McElroy Slockbower; and his brother Jim Slockbower. He is survived by: his daughter Briann Slockbower (Trevor); his close friend JeanMarie Masuck; his siblings, Cindy Martino, Dawn Hotalen (Hank), Tina Slockbower, Earl Slockbower (Lynnea Chasmar), Mike Slockbower (Nancy) and Tammy Schleich (George); and also, Max, Etta Jean and Emerin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
