Bozena Gorczynski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bozena Gorczynski of Westtown, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bozena may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bozena touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parent Heronim Lipka; and her husband Ludwik "Louie" Gorczynski. She is survived by: her mother Henryka Bienkowska Lipka; her children, Eric Gorczynski and Jessica Gorczynski (Justin); her sister Iwona Lipka; and her aunts, Wiesia Coates (Donald) and Zadwiga Medenecka. She is also survived by several cousins, sisters in law & brother-in-law.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the O. C. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (111 Craigville Rd, Goshen, NY 10924).
Since Bozena was a recipient of a lung transplant, she wishes those to consider organ donation, to give others a second chance at life.
