It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela P Decker of Westtown, New York, born in Goshen, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparent Rhinesmith. She is survived by: her parents, Hope DeGroat Decker, Jr. and Bill; her brothers, William III (Katie) of Concord, N. C. and Brandon of Otisville; and her nieces and nephews, Hailey, Cole, Hunter, Boe, Wyatt and Clair. She is also survived by co-workers, and many, many friends.
