He was predeceased by: his parent Mariano Costa; his child Gary Costa; and his sibling Everett Costa. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce A. Costa (McCaffrey); his parent Mary Costa (Botelho); his sons, Myron R. "Butch" Costa, Jr. of Westport and Brian Costa (Patricia Thibodeau) of Westport; and his grandchildren, Corey Costa, Andrew R. Costa (Mercedes Costa) of Westport and Khloe Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
