He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bullard and Adelaide Bullard (Gannon). He is survived by: his niece Spring; his nephew Alpheus; his brother David; his stepdaughters, Sandy and Sharon; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Kate; and his wife Shirley Perkins Hormel.
Some summer evening post-pandemic, he would be pleased if friends gather on the ferry to reminisce.
