He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Williams and Julia Williams (Moore); his siblings, May, Alice Williams, Lauren, Karl, Peter and Paul Williams; and his grandchildren, Jesse Balling, Kyle Williams and Matthew Vescera.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. VanNort; his children, Gloria Vescera (Frank) of Utica, Victoria Balling, Brenda Springstead (Darrell) of Schuyler, Keith Williams, Sr. of Rome, Ronald Williams, Jr. (Elizabeth) of East Herkimer and Timothy Williams (Peg) of Dolgeville; and his brothers, Joseph Williams and Brian Williams of Utica. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
