He is survived by: his wife Susan Spaven; his sister Edith; his siblings-in-law, Ron Enos of Missouri, Kenneth Spaven and Denise Klopfanstein; and his nieces and nephews, Bobbie Foote, Debbie, Amy Garcia, Donna Lubeck and John Reese.
