He was predeceased by: his sister Brianna Jane Tarkowski. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Tarkowski and Patricia Tarkowski; his uncle Mark Tarkowski; his brothers, Ryan and Jace; and his girlfriend Gabrielle Miller. He is also survived by family, including his grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dimbleby Funeral Homes - Whitesboro (40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
