He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Francis [Lemaire] and Richard Glover McChesney; his son Scott; his wife Marion Claytor (Waldo); his grandchildren, Jack, Sam, Olivia, Nate, Abigail, Luke McChesney and Ashley Maynes; his daughters-in-law, Margaret (Brown) and Phoebe McChesney (Pierson); and his brother Richard. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any contributions be made to VNAs, Vermont's Visiting Nurses and Hospice foundation.
