He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tetreault and Bette Tetreault (Berger); his wife Beverly I. Tetreault; his son Arthur "Mark" Tetreault; his siblings, Barry Lane and Deborah Lane; and his grandmother Doris Berger.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Winkelman (late Rick) of Westfield, NY, Kelly Perry (Mark) of Merced, CA. and Todd Tetreault (Lirio) of Seabeck, WA; his grandchildren, Jacob Perry, Ian Winkelman (Lexi), Jocelyn Perry, Thomas and Gabrielle Tetreault; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Scarlett Winkelman.
