He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bacon and Myrtle Bacon (Finch); his brothers, Otto Bacon Jr. and Theodore Bacon; and his brother-in-law Robert Eaton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Kernan of Elkland; his children, John Bacon of York, PA, Steven Bacon of Alexandria, VA, Anne Bacon of Williamsport, PA, Susan Hamilton (James) of Addison and Michelle Kargbo of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brett, Brittany, Matthew, Rilee and Liam; and his siblings, Andrew Bacon (Marlene) of Westfield and Joanne Eaton of York, PA.
