She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel LaPorte and Mary LaPorte (Guarneri); her husband Anthony "Tony" Chiodo; and her siblings, Joseph, Samuel LaPorte and Phyllis Ficarra (LaPorte).

She is survived by: her sister Rose M. LaPorte of Westfield; and her sister-in-law Della Griffin (LaPorte) of Erie, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions in Anne's memory be made to the Lakeshore Assembly of God.
