She is survived by: her children, Johnnie (Tammy O'Brien), James O'Brien and Linda; her son-in-law Robert McMullen; her grandchildren, Johnnie O'Brien Jr., Dennis O'Brien, Dustin McMullen, Christopher and Jady McMullen; her great grandchildren, Dakota O'Brien, Kaylen O'Brien, Carly O'Brien, Owen McMullen and Austin McMullen; and her friend Bernard Penczyk.
