She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Schallenberg and Alberta Pillmore Schallenberg; her husband Peter J. Donahue; her children, Peter Donahue (Claudia) of Western and Dr. Kristen Howard (Evan) of Rome; her grandchildren, Gryffin Howard, Greta Howard, PJ Donahue, Greer Howard, Jack Donahue and Gracyn Howard; and her sister Alberta Hawkins. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Westernville Presbyterian Church (7696 Stokes-Westernville Rd, Westernville, NY 13486).
