She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Miller, Sr.; and her siblings, Andrea "Anne" Byerwalters, Joseph Basco, Marcelino "Butch" Basco and Margaret Rose Basco.

She is survived by: her brother John "Jack" Basco (Bonnie); her sons, Herbert "Jake" Miller, Jr. (Karen) and Robert Miller, Sr. (Nicole); and her grandchildren, David Whitman, Jr. (Laurie Ann), Laura Osgood (Steve), Jim Hurley (Jennifer), Kristy Winters (Phil), Robert Miller, Jr., Erika Bates (Kyle), Scott Miller (Sarah) and Travis Miller. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in Nicoline's name.
