He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Applebee and Mildred Snyder Applebee; and his brother Barry Applebee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Vickers-Applebee; his son Ethan Patrick Applebee; his sister Janet Berry; his nephew David Berry; and his niece Stephanie Hepner.
