Marie Furboter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Furboter of Westbury, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Fitzgerald and Mary Fawcett Fitzgerald; her son Gilbert; and her siblings, Edwin, Raymond, Joseph, Andrew, Rose and Catherine.
She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Furboter; her children, Dianne Wolff (Douglas) of Saugerties, Donna DeRosa (Norwich), Anna Bishop (Michael) of Westbury, Suzanne Furboter-Pena (Fernando) of Astoria, Richard (Donna) of East Meadow and Daniel Furboter (Christine) of Levittown; and her sisters, Ruth Sweeney and Ann Hart. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren also survive as well as many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
