He is survived by: his children, Debbie Liddick (Terry) of Spearfish, Frank Jr. Marquart (Renee) of Surprise and Timothy Marquart of Baldwin, NY; his siblings, Max Marquart (Susan) and Maria Belcher; his grandson Victor Marquart (Morgan); his nephew Jason; and his niece Michelle Marquart.
