He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton L. Williams and Alta Ackler Williams; his siblings, Milton L Williams Jr., Dema Fink and Loucia Helmer; his stepmother Alice Williams; and his stepsister Sandra Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Williams of West Winfield; his children, Warren H. Williams Jr. (Deb) of Burlington Flats, Keith Williams (Michele) of West Winfield and Valarie Franklin (Brian) of South Plymouth; his grandchildren, A. J. Digsby, Shannon Schoellig, Chris Williams, Daniel Williams, Jordan Williams and Darien "Dani" Williams; and his stepbrother Douglas Acker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
