It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Lynn Shipman-Hull (West Winfield, New York), who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Cody James Hull (Schylar) of West Winfield and Jeremiah Bernard Hull (Erika); her parents, Bernard Shipman and Kathleen Shipman of West Exeter; her brothers, Richard Shipman (Margie), James Drake (Lori), Ilion and Matthew Drake (Amanda); her former husband Robert Hull; and her pets, Penelope, Frankie and Timmy.
