He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Birmingham and Genevieve Birmingham (Walsh); his son John Birmingham, Jr.; his siblings, Thomas and Kathleen; his parents-in-law, Harold and Nasme Huntley (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Richard Huntley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Huntley; his children, Robin Sullivan (Rick), Bob Birmingham (Jolene Ostrander) and Don Birmingham (Tammy Ingraham); his grandchildren, Kyle Allen, Brianne Clark (Dan), Cody Birmingham (Megan) and Tyler Birmingham (Shannon Mauro); his great grandchildren, Kayden Birmingham, Liam Clark and Hadley Clark; his sister-in-law Barbara Birmingham; and his brother Ronald Huntley (Marcia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
