He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Ondrako and John Ondrako; his son Scott (Barbara); and his siblings, Judy, Chris and James.
He is survived by: his children, Shane (Chris), Tina, Tari (Tom), Steven and Tricia (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jesse, Joseph, Tyler, Jasmine, Jordan, Hank, Kaden, Eden, Jayden, Miles, Alfred and Scarlett; and his great grandchild Lucy May. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
