She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Warner and Loretta Warner; her husband Harold E. Clark; her son Thomas M. Clark; and her sisters, Dorothy Salmon and Cora Angel.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Todd Clark of Clarksville, TN and Timothy Clark of Charleston, SC; and her close friend Gail Smith.
