She is survived by: her husband Robert Mack; her goddaughter Ashley Hall of West Valley; her siblings, David Terhune, Becky Terhune of Springville and Linda Terhune of West Valley; and her grandchild Graysen. She is also survived by her animals and leaves behind four dogs, three cats.
