He was predeceased by : his parents, Harmon Adolph and Edith Hauri (Taft); and his siblings, Edward Hauri, Florence Langworthy (Dick) and Nona Salzler (Ken).

He is survived by : his wife Delores Hauri (Scharf); his children, Donald Hauri, Jr. (Cindy) of Horseheads, Gordon Hauri (Marjorie) of East Otto, Jeanne Ford (Don) of West Valley, Fred Hauri (Terri) of West Valley, Cassandra Bochenek (Rick) of Cattaraugus and Maella Reynolds (Don MacMillan) of East Otto; and his sister-in-law Vera Hauri of Springville. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, also survived by several nieces and nephews.
