Hubbard (West Valley, New York), born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Leroy Hubbard. He is survived by: his mother Donna Joan Frank (Gallaway) of West Valley, NY.; his son Cody J. Hubbard of Randolph; his sisters, Laurie O'Leary (Timothy) of Little Valley, Bonnie Johnstone (Joe) of Wilson, NC and Dana Cooper of Cattaraugus; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Kristen, Jared, Kaitlyn and Sydney; and his friends, Kyle, Kim, Rick, Jimmy and Bryson.
