She is survived by: her children, Ceylon M. Jr. Foster (Muriel), Leo Foster (Suzanne), Randy Foster (Rita), Wayne Foster (Brynn), Steve Foster (Linda), Gary Foster (Crystal), Kerry Foster (Kathy) and Shirley Colbert (Milo); and her siblings, Florence Rouff, Mary Sherman, Cora Deshaw and Willam Wilmont. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
