He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coutinho and Eleanor Coutinho (Burkarth). He is survived by: his wife Judy Coutinho (Kain) of West Shokan, NY; his daughters, Kathi Coutinho and Lara Coutinho-Dean (Scott Dean); his brother Alan (Meg); and his nephews, Mike (Amy), Joe (Christa) and Jim Coutinho (Andrea).
