As Tamiyo departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Tamiyo. Though Tamiyo may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Peterson; her parents, Uichi Ogura and Sugi Ogura; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Peterson (late Francis) and Delores Hollub (late Julius).
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Donna Baldauf (late Alwin) and Mary Peterson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends, as well as extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoy Funeral Home (3855 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM.
