She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard V. Jernatowski; and her son Dennis M. Kuzma. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann M. Tyler (Butch Kalson) and Barbara M. Morgan (Christopher Labelle); her grandchildren, Jaime L. Tyler, Anna Hilley (Erik) and Shannon Morgan; her great grandchildren, Gwyneth Healy, Emma, Ellie and Aria Hilley; and her siblings, Robert L. (Ann), Thomas P. and Mary L. Lennartz (Robert). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo, or the Alzheimer's Association.
