She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gonciarz and Helen Gonciarz; her significant other John "Jack" Lewandowski; and her siblings, Henry Gonciarz (late Alice), Joseph Gonciarz and Delores Marchese (late John).
She is survived by: her friend Bunny; her grandchildren, Madeline, Elise and Emery; her children, David Lewandowski (Valerie) and Deborah Fischer (Todd); and her siblings, Theresa Gonciarz, Elizabeth Gonciarz and John Gonciarz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
