She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald A. Bielecki; her grandson Christopher Dimmick; her parents, Lawrence Garrett and Emily Garrett; and her brother Lawrence Garrett (Kathleen).
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Chapman (Jeff) and Thomas Halligan (Julie Burba); her grandchildren, Joshuah, Noah, Elijah, Liam, Leah Chapman and Thomas Halligan V; and her siblings, Patricia Koprowski (John) and Thomas Garrett (Rosa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Xxiii Church (1 Arcade St, West Seneca, NY 14224).
