She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Miller; her son Michael Hintermeier; and her parents, Eleanor Mecca and Henry Mecca. She is survived by: her close friend William Caito; her child Michele Kmitch (James); her grandchildren, Isabella and Gianna Kmitch; and her brother Vito Mecca (Angela). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (3148 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
