He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Klubek (Carol), David Klubek (Sheryl) and Eugenia Halady (Edward). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Debra Kocieniewski (John) and Jason Klubek (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Eva, Kyle Kocieniewski, Kara and Renae Klubek; and his siblings, Gerald Klubek (Marian), Louis Klubek (late Christine), Marcia Kumiega and William G. Klubek (Audrey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
