He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Lewis; his brother Jonathan Inbody (Andrea); his aunt Kelly; his uncle Bertron 'Skip Willson; his cousin Gregory; and his grandparents, Larry and Claudia Bensink.
