He was predeceased by: his wife Marie; and his sister Sally Mendola (Chris). He is survived by: his children, Sandy Ann Hoffman, Bridget Mary DiCello (Vince) and Adam Hoffman (Michelle); his grandchildren, Megan, Aedan, Cayleigh, Alex and Amara; and his siblings, Dave Hoffman (Margot) and Debbie Parker (Wally). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, appreciated.
