He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jeziorski; his pet Trina; his siblings, Jane Kulesz (John), Paul Jeziorski (Judy) and Anne Deppeler (John); his mother-in-law Eleanore Wienckowski; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Staniaszek and Kathleen Maciejewski (Michael); and his cousin Carol Ward (Bob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
