She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Carmina, Sr.; her parents, Venera Caruso and Joseph Caruso; and her siblings, Rosalia, Ignatius, Santina and Anthony.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Van Hall, Lucretia Atti (Gary), Rosalie Fistola (Joseph), Steven Carmina (Brenda), Joseph A. Jr. Carmina (Shelley) and Nane; and her sibling Cologero (Melissa). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
