As Edwin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Edwin. Though Edwin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Christina Sherry (Thomas), Julia (Stacey Enser), Anna Schultz and Maria Schultz; his parents, Edwin E., Sr. and Nancy Schultz; his uncle James; and his aunt Freda Schultz. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norman E. Gannon & Sons, Inc. Funeral Home (1075 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
